How To Book Parking at Gatwick Airport?

Pre-booking your Gatwick parking is quick, easy and free. Choose to make your booking either through our secure website or by phoning our customer call centre.

All bookings start with the terminal that you wish to park at. If you are unsure whether you are flying from the North or South terminal, you will be able to clarify your terminal either through our BAA airports website or when you phone us to make a booking. You should also check your travel documentation to establish the date and times that you are travelling.

Once you have this information to hand, you are free to make your business or holiday parking booking.

Book Online

You will be asked to enter your terminal, dates of travel and approximate entry and exit times from the car park. To see the options that meet your needs, you should then click on the button "Check Prices". You will then be shown all the available parking options, together with the prices. For each BAA airport car park displayed there will be a recommendation of the type of parking that this car park best suits i.e. a shorter stay, or a longer stay, business or holiday parking. It will also give the time that it will take for you to reach the terminal from the car park.

Also on this page, there is an "Info & Map" button which when clicked opens up more detailed information on the car park e.g. entry and exit procedures as well as a map showing the location.

Once you have chosen your Gatwick Parking facility, you should click on the "Book" button. This will take you to a page where you confirm that the details of your booking, the dates and times are correct.

To proceed, click on the "Book" button and you will be taken to the Personal and Payment details page. You should enter your personal details together with your credit or debit card details.

Once you have entered all the necessary details and accepted the terms and conditions, you should click on “Confirm and Pay". This will result in the payment being processed, as well as taking you to a booking confirmation page which will contain your booking reference number. You should print this page and always ensure that you use your booking reference in any communication with us. You will also receive an email confirming the details of the booking you have made together. Please also print this out and bring it with you.

Book Via Telephone

Bookings can also be made by telephone at 0870 0000 1000 where a BAA airport parking representative will take you through the booking process. Unlike some other websites, there is no charge made for bookings made via telephone and no booking, handling fees, or additional charges when you use a credit card. If you book by telephone, you can choose to receive email confirmation or confirmation by post. With the exception of some of our deeply discounted products, you can cancel or amend your Gatwick parking booking.
