Call centre opening hours

Our call centres are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

During Bank Holidays, our call centre service is slightly reduced. Bank Holiday opening hours can vary, but is usually between 8am and 10pm.

Lines are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. 

New bookings

For those looking to make a new booking, please call our sales team on 0844 811 8311. Calls are charged at 20p/min from BT landlines whilst mobile network charges may vary.
