Who can use the My Lounge?

All ticket holders, regardless of the airline or class of travel, are welcome in My Lounge.


How long can I stay in the My Lounge?

Entry to the lounge is valid for three hours prior to your flight time. If you’d like to purchase additional time, you can do so in advance, or whilst in the lounge (such as if your flight is delayed).


What’s included in my entry price for the My Lounge?

Up to three hours use of the lounge, complimentary food and drink, unlimited Wi-Fi, and access to a range of newspapers and magazines.


Does the My Lounge have a dress code?

There is no strict dress code in the lounge, but smart-casual is preferable. If we think you’re dressed unsuitably (for example, if clothing is offensive) we may not let you in.


Who can use the No.1 Traveller Lounge?

We welcome all checked-in passengers to the lounge, regardless of which airline you’re flying with or class of travel. We also accept cardholders from Wexas, IOU, Lounge Club, Priority Pass, Dragonpass and Diners Club.


How long can I stay in the No.1 Traveller Lounge?

Your entry includes use of the lounge for up to three hours prior to your flight departure time. You can, however, purchase additional time in advance or on the day if needed.

You can leave and return to the lounge as often as you like during this time, but you must always keep your luggage with you.


What’s included in my entry price for the No.1 Traveller Lounge?

Three hours use of the lounge, as well as complimentary food, drinks (excluding Champagne), unlimited Wi-Fi and reading material.


Does the No.1 Traveller Lounge have a dress code?

Smart-casual is preferable, but we do not enforce a strict dress code. We kindly request you avoid wearing anything that may be deemed unsuitable or offensive, or we may refuse entry.


Who can use the Club Aspire lounge?

Everyone is welcome, regardless of the airline you are flying with or the class of travel. You do, however, need to be departing from the North Terminal to use the Aspire Lounge.


How long can I stay in the Club Aspire lounge?

Your lounge entry is valid for three hours prior to your flight time. If you would like to stay longer, you can purchase additional time in advance, or at the airport. This is useful if, for instance, your flight is delayed.


What’s included in my entry price for the Club Aspire lounge?

Your lounge entry includes three hours use of the lounge, complimentary food and drink, unlimited Wi-Fi and access to a range of newspapers and magazines.

Some food items are only available at selected times of the day. Champagne, Prosecco and cocktails are available at an additional charge.


Does the Club Aspire lounge have a dress code?

Our dress code is relaxed, but we kindly request you avoid fancy dress, sportswear such as football shirts, tracksuits and caps, as well as clothing containing offensive slogans.


Who can use the No.1 Clubroom Lounge?

Any check in passengers over the age of 12 years old from any airline, across any ticket class, can use the No.1 Clubroom Lounge.


How long can I stay in the No.1 Clubroom Lounge?

You can use the No.1 Clubroom Lounge up to three hours prior to your flight time. However, if you wish to enjoy the lounge earlier than this, you can purchase extra hours in advance or on the day.

How much is entry to the No.1 Clubroom Lounge?

Entry to the No.1 Clubroom Lounge costs £38 per person and is only available for those who are aged 12 years+. You can purchase entry on the day at the lounge reception, but this costs £50 and is subject to availability.

Entry to a No.1 Clubroom Lounge includes:

  • Access to Premium Security
  • Premium Security access
  • Dedicated hosts
  • Complimentary hot and cold food

For an extra £10 you can also take advantage of our champagne package when you book online.


Does the No.1 Clubroom Lounge have a dress code?

Yes, both North and South No.1 Clubroom Lounges have a smart-casual dress code in place. This ensures all guests can enjoy a premium lounge experience. You may be refused entry if you wear clothing deemed to be unsuitable, including but not limited to:

  • themed or fancy dress outfits,
  • clothes with slogans that may cause offence,
  • replica sports kits,
  • beach flip flops,
  • clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs,
  • bare shoulders on men
  • tracksuits

Do you accept groups in the No.1 Clubroom Lounge?

Yes, we accept groups at both of our Gatwick Clubrooms, up to a maximum of 8 people per group if you book online. For 9 or more guests in a group, please get in touch to enquire about availability.

If you would like to be seated together in the lounge, please book as a group. Any groups that have been self-assembled from separate bookings will not be seated together.

We also ask that any large groups please be respectful of other guests around and keep noise to a reasonable level.
