Disabled Parking at Gatwick Terminals
Blue Badge bays are provided in Gatwick’s Long and Short Stay car parks at both the North and South Terminal.
For easy, same-level access to the arrivals area, Blue Badge holders can also take advantage of discounted rates on Premium Parking when parking for less than four hours. If parking for longer than four hours, normal charges will apply.
Taking your Blue Badge away with you
If you’re likely to need your Blue Badge whilst travelling, taking it with you isn’t a problem.
Park up as normal and head to the customer service office. They will take your details and hand you a voucher to display in your windscreen whilst you’re away.
Returning from your holiday
If you’ve parked in the Long Stay car park and are travelling with someone with reduced mobility, you can pick up your car and then park in the Short Stay car park for free to pick up your fellow passenger.
Head to the customer service office, by the exit of the Long Stay car park, and they’ll grant you up to an hour of free parking.
Assistance getting into the terminal
Gatwick Airport offers free assistance for disabled passengers who require help getting to and from the terminals.
There are help points located in the car parks, as well as outside the terminals, or you can call ahead on 0330 313 2125 to let us know what help you need.
We also recommend our Valet Parking service for those with reduced mobility. Here, you can leave your car with us to park on your behalf, allowing you to head straight into the terminal.
Premium Parking for Blue Badge Holders
Blue Badge holders picking up another passenger can park in the Premium area for up to four hours for the same price as regular Short Stay. Premium Parking provides same-level access to the terminal.
When you arrive, press the ‘Assistance’ button at the entry barriers. When you leave, simply pay at the customer service office to benefit from the lower rate.
If your stay exceeds four hours, you’ll be charged the normal Premium rate. Visit our car park pricing page for more about on-the-day charges.
